The MacDuffie Schools have a strong Leadership program, which is designed to teach all graduates, at participating campuses, to have strong leadership skills, to personify the CIRCLE values and to explore what it means to be a moral and efficient leader in today’s society.
As a step to starting on the ladder of learning about leadership, all students at MacDuffie Schools are expected to participate in varying forms of Community Service, aiming to achieve a minimum of 50 hours of Community Service each year in High School. This service gives MacDuffie students understanding into the ethos of helping others, while allowing them to expand their experience of the world and gain vital community knowledge.
Students are expected to embody the values that they talk about, to demonstrate their growth and willingness to participate in the MacDuffie Community. This gives them a head start at being a global citizen with a Chinese heart.
